Who can have a Goddess Experience?
We require that all clients who book a Goddess Session Experience are 18 and over. We are happy to include your children in a Goddess Motherhood Session.
Where are you located?
We are located at 16326 Mueschke RD, Cypress, Texas. Our studio is next door to Pro Hair Salon.
What time should I arrive?
We ask that you arrive within 15 minutes of your schedule time. This will allow us ample time for hair and make up and a wonderful stress fee Goddess Experience.
What is your cancelation policy?
We understand that emergencies happen, if you need to reschedule your photo session, you may reschedule with Two weeks notice. Last Minute Cancellations forfeit the retainer. Your new photoshoot date must be scheduled within 90 days of the session. Last minute cancellations and no shows will result in client forfeiting their $350 retainer. If client reschedules photoshoot more then two times, the client will be invoiced a $150 rescheduling fee.
Can I get a refund for my appointment?
We understand that you may decide to not proceed with a Goddess Session. Unfortunately we are unable to refund. You may sell your session appointment, reschedule or transfer to a studio session with Maribella Portraits. These can be family, child, maternity, senior and teen photography. You must notify the studio within 2 weeks of your schedule photoshoot to transfer the session.
What about Hair and Make UP?
Hair and Make Up will take anywhere between one and two hours. You will receive a glamorous yet timeless look. Usually we style hair curled and down unless you have a different look in mind. Eye lashes are included in your make up transformation. You are more than welcome to email us your look preferences prior to the photo shoot.
What time do you schedule Goddess Sessions
Goddess Sessions are Monday to Friday and are scheduled between 10am and 6pm in two hour time frames.
What do I need to bring?
All Goddess sessions have access to our client wardrobe. While we try to keep fresh and stylish pieces in a variety of sizes, we understand that some of our looks will not fit everyone’s style. We will walk you the process via video for selecting the best pieces for your body type. You will also receive a beauty guide to help you prepare and look your best.
What sizes do you have?
At this time we carry a selection of dresses sizes 0 to 26. Some of our size choices are limited therefore we always recommend you bring two or three items from your personal wardrobe.
Who will be photographing my Goddess session?
Our portrait artist Maria Micaela Arellano will be photographing you. Our team will work with you to create timeless, elegant and sensual portraits.
Can I do my own Hair and make up?
Absolutely! If you prefer to arrive hair and make up ready to your appointment that will be fantastic. However the session fee of $350 will remain the same, but you will receive a full $350 product credit.
Can I book hair and make up only?
We would be happy to provide you with a styling appointment only for an evening out. The fee is $150.
When will I see my images?
Immediately after your photoshoot our team will set up the studio for your private viewing. You will preview a gallery of 40-100 unedited images. You will be able to purchase your products at this time.
Will my photos be retouched?
All final portraits purchased are edited for beauty and fine art and must meet our studio standards. Our standard editing includes; removing stray hairs, limited body contouring for a beautiful silhouette, skin air brushing to remove blemishes and softening of wrinkles and exposure and color adjustments. We want you to love your portraits. We strive to make all of our editing as natural as possible, however if you would like less retouching we are very happy to accommodate your taste. Additional or extreme retouching may require an additional fee.
What happens to the images I don’t chose?
All images are held for up to 90 Days from your photoshoot. You will view and chose the images you would like to purchase at the time of your ordering appointment immediately after your photoshoot. Images are never delivered or shown via online galleries. If you wish to come back and purchase more products or if a family member would like to view photos for purchase; you may contact the studio so we can arrange a private viewing.
When will my products be ready?
Products purchase will be available 6 to 8 weeks from the date client places their order, and completes their payment. You may schedule to pick up your products at the studios or you may have items shipped to your home, shipping fees apply.
Where can I see your pricing?
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we are happy to enroll you in an automatic payment plan. Our payment plans are interest free. Payment plans are a really great way to get exactly what you want.
Upon full payment, we process your portrait art which can take 6 to 8 weeks to complete.
